Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home and in community settings. You will coordinate care, educate families, and work within a compassionate, patient-centered team dedicated to quality of life and dignity.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
