Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate end-of-life care, coordinate patient plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a home-based setting. The role emphasizes patient and family support, education for caregivers, and maintaining the highest quality of life for patients in their homes.

The position requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience with hospice preferred, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
