Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate compassionate end-of-life care. You will work to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and engage in their preferred activities.

You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care needs, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity in home or facility settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

• Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy.
• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families.
