Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager committed to caring for patients and their families. In this role, you will enable patients to enjoy quality time with loved ones, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a care team dedicated to comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
