Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Illinois. You will enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones, build trusting relationships with families, and educate caregivers on care.

You will collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity in home-based hospice care. The role requires an RN license in the state, two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
