Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Peoria, IL. You will enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones, build trusting relationships, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort and dignity.

Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
