Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and pursue activities they enjoy. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care for their loved ones, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
