Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in home and community settings. You will assess needs, coordinate services, and partner with care teams to create comfortable, meaningful end-of-life experiences.

You will hold an active RN license in the state, have at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
