Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Grants, NM. You will enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones, build trusting relationships with families, and empower caregivers through education.

You will collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity in home-based hospice care. The role requires an active RN license in the state, two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
