Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in the home setting. You will collaborate with a care team to support patients and empower families through education and hands-on care.

Qualifications

• RN license in state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

• Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace and dignity
