Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in Ellijay, GA. You will coordinate in-home hospice care, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to honor patient preferences and comfort.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
