Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Edison, NJ, to join an interdisciplinary care team. You will provide individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life for patients, collaborating with families and physicians to implement care plans.

The position includes every other weekend, 8am–5pm, with pay $45.00–$50.00/hr based on experience. The role requires an active RN license in New Jersey and at least one year of nursing experience, plus reliable

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
