Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey to join an interdisciplinary care team. The role offers $90,000–$105,000 annual pay, based on experience, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Expect a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and a Middlesex coverage area. You’ll provide comfort-focused nursing, collaborate with physicians and families, perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients, and coordinate care across

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
