AccentCare Inc. in Edison, NJ is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated interdisciplinary care team.

You will provide compassionate, individualized nursing care to hospice patients and collaborate with families, physicians, and teammates to carry out care plans. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($90,000–$105,000/year) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more to support your well-being and professional

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and ongoing learning

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments - physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions

• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
