Responsibilities

• Ensures that all activities align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board and Hospice leadership.
• Assesses hospice care patients and families to identify needs across physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors.
• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors.
