Gentiva Hospice in San Antonio seeks an RN Hospice Administrator to lead day-to-day operations, oversee interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care. Qualifications

• RN with Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN from an accredited school preferred.
• Three to five years’ healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years’ hospice/home care experience required.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and interdisciplinary operations.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for a mid-sized hospice program; accountable for clinical quality, operational performance, and census growth.
• Manages Human Resources; supervises and evaluates interdisciplinary team members.
• Manages Office Operations; plans resources to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
• Manages Financial Resources; completes budget reviews and controls costs.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting/licensing/regulatory standards and safety policies.
