Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Three to five years of healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.

• Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the hospice location.
• Manage and direct interdisciplinary teams ensuring high-quality care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for service provision.
• Participate in the financial review and budget planning processes.
