Job summary

Full Spectrum Search Group is seeking a Hospice RN Administrator for a newly licensed Oklahoma City hospice branch. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, build the foundation for the program, and guide an interdisciplinary team in a low-census setting.

Ideal candidates have current hospice administrator or executive leadership experience and are comfortable establishing structure, ensuring compliance, and driving branch growth within a national hospice organization.

Qualifications

• RN background with hospice leadership experience.
• Experience in Oklahoma City market preferred.
• Leadership in regulatory compliance and interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational activities for the OKC hospice branch.
• Establish a reliable clinical, compliance, and care-delivery foundation.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching to the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure hospice services meet patient needs and regulatory standards.
• Support collaboration among nursing, social work, chaplaincy, aides, intake, and business development.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory oversight and quality monitoring.
• Build processes for timely admissions and continuity of care.
• Partner with local leadership to support branch growth and referrals.
• Represent the branch professionally in the OKC hospice community.
