Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice background.
• Experience leading clinical teams and managing patient care in hospice.
• Knowledge of admissions流程 and building referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on clinical leader for Norman/OKC market.
• Handle new hospice admissions and onboard patients into care.
• Maintain a small caseload of ~6 patients initially.
• Oversee and support clinical staff in the Norman office.
• Travel within Norman and 30–45 mile radius.
