Care Initiatives Hospice - Greenfield is seeking an experienced RN to join our team as Hospice Nurse - RN with a 7D on/7D off schedule. You will provide compassionate, in-home and facility-based care, meeting patients and families where they feel most comfortable.

Responsibilities include taking after-hours calls from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM, some weekend visits, and supporting patients with pain management, comfort, and end-of-life needs, while collaborating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or facility-based hospice nursing care on a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Respond to after-hours calls (4:30 PM–8:00 AM) and weekend visits as needed.
• Assist patients and caregivers with pain management, comfort measures, and end-of-life support.
