Job summary

The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cleveland-area team in a dedicated 7 On / 7 Off role. This schedule gives you seven consecutive days away from work every other week and 26 weeks off per year for planning flexibility.

As the clinical RN on evenings, nights, and weekends, you will manage symptom control, crisis support, and patient education while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; hospice/home health/palliative care preferred.
• Strong assessment, symptom management, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing patient needs.
• Excellent communication and compassionate approach to patients and families.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours patient and caregiver needs with nursing assessment and support.
• Perform patient visits for symptom management, condition changes, and urgent needs.
• Educate patients and families on medications, symptom management, and end-of-life care.
