Compassus is seeking a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate after-hours and weekend care. You will help patients spend quality time with loved ones and ensure comfort in challenging times.

In this 7 on 7 off role, you will build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality hospice services. A valid RN license and CPR/BCLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with state licensure.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice patient care after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Help patients and families maintain comfort and quality of life.
• Educate caregivers on care techniques for loved ones.
