A valid RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed nursing experience.
• Admissions and on-call experience preferred.
• Ability to travel across service area with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services for hospice patients in homes, facilities, or hospitals.
