Job summary

Agrace is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Alt Shift, 0.7 FTE (28 hours/week) on the PM shift. You will cover patient and family needs across homecare teams, with on-call rotations and occasional weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nursing License in state of employment.
• One-year nursing experience, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Intermediate electronic health records skills.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics, safe patient handling, and standard precautions.

Responsibilities

• The RN Alt Shift provides patient and family satisfaction through nursing care and case management, including assessments, triaging needs, plan of care updates, interventions, documentation, and communication.
