St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse in Manhattan, KS. The RN provides day-to-day hospice patient care under the guidance of the RN Case Manager, focusing on comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. The position emphasizes adherence to the Plan of Care, patient and family education, and a supportive home-care environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification; ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Experience in hospice or home health is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day care for hospice patients per Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and document patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and disease management.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
