Job summary

Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with dignity and comfort, in a supportive environment.

This role offers autonomy in the field, a 10,000 first-year success bonus, and opportunities for growth through our education programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
