Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Traverse City, MI is seeking a part-time Hospice RN to deliver end-of-life care in patients' homes. This role covers weekday, weekend, and after-hours rotations with opportunities for progression into a full-time position.

As an RN, you will perform patient assessments, manage symptoms, and educate families while ensuring thorough EMR documentation. A valid MI RN license and driving to patient locations are required; travel is about 20% of your day.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Driver's license and the ability to drive ~20% of workday.

Responsibilities

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
