Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes or community facilities across Massachusetts. You will join an interdisciplinary team, focusing on psychosocial assessments, symptom management, and patient support.

Roles may include Case Management, Admissions, or Resource responsibilities. The position requires current RN licensure in good standing, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Ability to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
• Ability to travel across the service area and manage multiple visits and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services for a group of patients, visiting patients in homes or facilities.
• Contribute to the interdisciplinary team with psychosocial assessments and care planning.
• Work in Case Management, Admissions, or Resource roles as needed.
