AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an in-home hospice role in the Coraopolis, PA area. The role includes delivering compassionate hospice care, performing assessments, and supporting patients and families in end-of-life care.

The position requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and a valid driver's license with ~20% travel to patient homes. A $10,000 first-year success bonus is offered.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required

The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first year success bonus. The high end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium (i.e., after hours, weekends, on-call). *Compensation potential varies by market.
