Job summary

Varco Home Health and Hospice in Southeast Houston is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to expand referral networks and educate clinicians about hospice services.

This field-based role focuses on building relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community partners, coordinating presentations, and supporting admissions while upholding compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing, sales, or business development experience.
• Knowledge of hospice services, regulations, and compliance.
• Established referral relationships within Houston.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and community partners
• Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to referral sources
• Identify new business opportunities using market data and community insight
• Provide presentations and in-services to educate referral sources on hospice services and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes
• Represent Varco at community events and networking activities
• Provide daily activity reports and updates to the Administrator
• Follow up on referrals to remove barriers to care and support successful admissions
