Job summary

Varco Home Health and Hospice in Southeast Houston is seeking a proactive Hospice Marketing Liaison to expand our referral network and grow community partnerships. You will develop relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and other partners to drive admissions and awareness of hospice services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (hospice experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hospice services, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
• Established referral relationships within Houston.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Varco at community events and networking activities
• Provide daily activity reports and updates to the Administrator
• Follow up on referrals to remove barriers to care and support successful admissions
