Angels Care Hospice is seeking a driven Account Executive to generate referrals from physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare partners. The role focuses on building relationships and connecting patients with high-quality hospice care.

The candidate should have a healthcare sales background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• 2 years in a healthcare sales role.
• Existing referral network in the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with EMRs, CRM systems, and healthcare regulations.
• High school graduate or equivalency (some college preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory, including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
• Present and promote hospice services, emphasizing patient eligibility, clinical excellence, and seamless transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active referral sources.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Attend IDT, case conference, Focus meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Meet or exceed monthly referral and admission goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track activity, and report outcomes.
