Job summary

Anchor Health LLC is seeking a Marketing/Community Education Liaison in Elk Grove, CA to drive hospice admissions through physician and hospital partnerships and community education. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has healthcare marketing experience, and excels in communication and territory management with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Ability to manage territory with limited supervision and work within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, respite centers, and other referral sources.
• Conduct calls and in-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community programs and presentations to promote Anchor Health services.
• Promote patient privacy, dignity, and well-being.
• Support the Hospice philosophy among internal and external stakeholders.
