Job summary

AnchorHealthLLC is seeking a Marketing/Community Education Liaison to facilitate patient admissions to Hospice through marketing and education activities with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other community resources.

The role focuses on generating business through physician relationships, presenting to referral sources, and promoting the hospice philosophy. Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare marketing experience preferred; strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by developing relationships with physicians and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to referral sources.
• Participate in community programs, giving presentations to promote Anchor Health.
• Promote privacy, dignity, and well-being of patients.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, families, and providers.
• Support the mission and vision of the organization in palliative care.
