Job summary

Anchor Health LLC seeks a Marketing/Community Education Liaison to facilitate hospice admissions through marketing and education with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community resources. The role focuses on building relationships, presenting to referral sources, and promoting the hospice philosophy while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with experience in healthcare marketing; LVN/RN considered; strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare.
Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with strong marketing skills preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
Able to maintain territory management and work with limited supervision.
Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.

Responsibilities

Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources.
Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to potential referral sources.
Participate in community programs, giving presentations to promote Anchor Health services.
Promote patient privacy, dignity, and well-being.
Foster positive public relations with patients, families, and providers.
Serve as a resource supporting the hospice mission and vision.
