Job summary

Anchor Health LLC is seeking a Marketing/Community Education Liaison/Clinical Marketing Liaison in California to drive admissions to Hospice through marketing and education. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other community resources, while promoting the Hospice philosophy and Anchor Health services.

The role requires strong communication skills, healthcare marketing experience, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment.
• Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with strong marketing skills is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, respite centers, and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community programs and presentations to promote Anchor Health services and Hospice philosophy.
• Promote privacy, dignity and well-being of patients and positive public relations with patients, families and providers.
• Support and promote the Hospice mission and vision internally and externally.
