Job summary

AlēvCare Hospice in Mansfield, TX seeks an experienced Hospice Quality & Education Manager to strengthen quality, documentation excellence, and employee development across the organization. This role collaborates with the Director of Operations and clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The candidate will lead chart audits, education delivery, and QAPI coordination, with a focus on real-world clinical practice and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and onboarding of new clinical staff.
• Coordinate annual competency assessments.
• Deliver ongoing education and in-services.
• Coordinate QAPI program activities and data analysis.
• Conduct chart audits and drive documentation improvements.
• Ensure regulatory readiness (ACHC/Joint Commission/CMS).
• Provide EMR training and support.
• Support leadership with scheduling and special projects.
