Qualifications
- Education: Associate or higher degree in nursing.
- Must be currently licensed and in good standing in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospice or closely related service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complies with ethical conduct and Professional Standards of Nursing Practice as per ANA and state Act.
- Ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
- Supervise field hospice staff and coordinate with administrators on hospice issues.
- Assist with staff onboarding, competency checks, and annual evaluations.
- Coordinate and review admissions, visits, and case management activities.
