Job summary

The Denver Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager, RN in Denver, CO. This leadership role focuses on exceptional patient care, clinician development, and a high-performing interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate hospice services.

With a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and patient-family experience, you will coach staff, manage scheduling, and oversee EMR documentation while driving engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare supervisory or leadership experience.
• Hospice, palliative care, home-based care, or other complex clinical-care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and engage clinical teams.
• Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, support, and develop clinical team members, creating clear expectations and accountability while fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Oversee direct and indirect patient and family services provided by the interdisciplinary team.
• Recruit, orient, train, mentor, and retain high-performing team members.
• Monitor patient care and EMR documentation for timeliness, accuracy, continuity, and quality.
• Promote clinical excellence and strong patient and family experiences, including performance related to CAHPS and quality measures.
