Qualifications

• Education: Associate or higher degree in nursing is required.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in Colorado.
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or closely related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient admissions, assessments, and treatments as needed.
• Supervise field hospice staff and coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient safety and dignity.
• Coordinate with administrators on high-risk issues and reporting.
