Job summary

Kindful Health LLC in Tyler, TX is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to support a care team delivering hospice services.

You will work with Clinical Director, RNCM, LPNs, Aides, MSW, and Chaplain to coordinate patient care for a reasonable census, ensuring regulatory compliance and high CAHPS scores.

Must be a TX RN with at least 2 years hospice experience; compensation is $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in the Hospice service line in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Follows policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice.
• Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care.
• Manages clinical excellence within your patient census.
• Provide high levels of communication both internally with the Kindful team and externally with patients and families to assure top CAHPS scores.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, Medical Director and entire team to provide a concierge level hospice experience.
