The RNCM will attend IDT every 2 weeks with updates from the care team and coordinate with the Clinical Director and Medical Director to assure best in class care.**Essential Education and Experience****:** Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in the Hospice service line in the state of Texas.**Responsibilities & Duties:** PRN RN will be responsible for:* Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards* Follows policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice* Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care* Manage clinical excellence within your patient census.* Provide high levels of communication both internally with the Kindful team and externally with patients and families to assure top CAHPS scores* Collaborate with your Clinical Director, Medical Director and entire team to provide a \"concierge\" level hospice experience**Qualifications & Skills****:** The best candidate for this opportunity demonstrates mastery of all facets of hospice care and displays a communication style that makes everyone who works with them want to do their best.
