Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with referral sources and promote home health and hospice services. You will support referral growth and education for physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure smooth post-acute care transitions.

Ideal candidates have healthcare business development experience, strong communication, and familiarity with systems like HCHB. In-office work is required to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems).
• Promote awareness of services and program requirements to referral sources, patients and families.
• Support referral growth and navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
