Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Educate partners on hospice eligibility and benefits.
• Create strategic business development plans to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to raise hospice awareness and access.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for quality service.
• Represent SSRCH at events, networks, and meetings.
• Monitor referral trends to support growth and outreach.
