Advantage Home Health and Hospice in Schuylkill County, PA is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to expand our referral network and drive growth in patient admissions. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years Hospice/Home Health experience.
• Proven success in reaching or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker who can evolve marketing calendars and processes.
• Self-starter with urgency and initiative.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Collaborative with multiple cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents presentations to referral sources and follows up.
• Educates referral sources on Home Health services.
• Acts as liaison between Home Health and physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other referral sources.
• Maintains frequent communication with referral sources to align expectations and patient needs.
• Identifies and resolves issues or dissatisfaction with quality of care for referral sources.
• Oversees and monitors primary relationships for consistency and quality.
• Submits timely written documentation of contacts, referrals, and contracts.
• Assists in developing new programs to meet community needs.
• Establishes relationships with referral sources such as physicians and hospitals.
