Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an Account Executive to develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners to drive hospice referrals.

In this field-based role, you will educate healthcare professionals about hospice eligibility, coordinate with clinical teams for smooth transitions, and identify new market opportunities to expand Georgia Hospice Care's community footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree or proven work experience in a health-related field.
• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs. This is a field-based position with daily interaction with healthcare providers, patients, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
