Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Community Liaison in Madison, TN to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals and families. You will visit hospitals and facilities, build strong referral networks, and represent our brand at community events in a dynamic, autonomous role with mission-driven support.

You will educate caregivers and professionals on hospice benefits, track outreach in CRM, and collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare marketing experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications, CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time.
