Job summary

Adoration Health in Madison, TN seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and families. The role centers on outreach, building referral partnerships, and representing our brand in the community.

You will travel to facilities, attend events, and manage outreach in the CRM, ensuring timely referrals and high-quality care. A degree in a related field and healthcare marketing experience are required; CRM experience preferred, with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time.
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations.
