Adoration Health in Madison, TN seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. You will be the face of our organization, helping ensure patients receive compassionate end-of-life care when they need it most.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience is required.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Represent Adoration Health at community events and networking activities.
• Manage outreach activity in CRM and track results.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
