Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services in the Madison area. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, attend community events, and manage outreach activities within our CRM system.

The role focuses on educating families and professionals about hospice benefits while collaborating with care teams to ensure timely referrals and high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing and CRM experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
